The location was nice because it was behind some other buildings. The jacuzzi tub in our room was really nice and felt great. The beds were comfy as were the pillows.

Hotel was better than expected based on some reviews we had read. Actually intended to book another hotel but booked this one by mistake. Pleasantly surprised. The room was clean (with one exception) and A/C worked fine. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The breakfast was adequate and had more offerings than expected.

The hotel was very clean and the furnishings were modern. Our room faced the highway which we thought would be loud from road noise. It was not. It was very quiet overnight. The bed was comfortable and even though it's a small detail, the bedside lamps had outlets in the bases so no searching for a place to plug in electronics. The owner of the hotel checked us in and was very nice and accommodating.

Front desk receptionist was great - efficient, helpful, respectful. The bed was comfortable. The desk and chair were good for using a computer. Plenty of electrical outlets. The yogurt, fruit, juices, breakfast was very good - omelets, sausage patties, waffle maker, good coffee, breads, muffins, bagels. Good location close to freeway, gas stations,

The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The property itself is well maintained and the room was clean and appointed with the most important amenities. Breakfast was a nice selection of options.

The staff - Lindsey on Reception, and the lady serving breakfast were both exceptional. The pool - lovely and clean, if a little chilly! The room - super, spacious, sparkling. Pillows rather deep - some pillow options would have made it even better. The breakfast - introduction to "biscuits and gravy" - to us, freshly baked scones (pron. "scon") and white sauce; didn't go a bundle on the gravy, but they were tasty with butter and jam! The location - not far from Turner Falls, where we had walked during the day. The Italian restaurant opposite (Roma) - tasty, well-priced meal after our day's walking.

We liked everything about the hotel except a few things about the pool. Good service and friendly staff, also good breakfast. Will be coming back.
